I met John Wilkins back in the day, almost 10 years ago. I never knew he would one day be the agent in helping me get my house on the market and quickly sold. When I was still in renovation process I gave John a timeline of getting my house up on the market. He never pushed me to meet the deadline I was trying to push for. He was so patient and worked with my timeline as needed. When it came to putting it on the market I was properly informed about the process and I was made to feel confident about it. There is no way to fully express my gratitude to John and the team of experts he brought in to help in in my first home buying experience. I was very scared and unsure, such a huge decision. John was never pushy, and he constantly emphasized that he wanted me to be happy with my choice. I contacted him first to consult in November 2023. I wasn’t really ready at that time and told him I wanted to wait until March, he was understanding and contacted me on my timeline. That type of respect is rare in this field. If I was ever concerned or unsure he helped me research and brought in folks to explain things to me until I was satisfied. He really made the experience fun and educational for me, taking the time to make sure I was confident in my decision. His great network of professionals proves his experience in this industry and shows how respected he is. He showed me houses multiple times so I could bring folks in to help me decide. He was so patient, yet also firm when we needed to get answers from sellers. He kept me grounded, helping to keep realistic expectations and asking the hard questions to really drive into what features would be good for me. I honestly don’t think I could have gone through this process with anyone else.
John was extraordinary! Searching for homes in a different state is difficult in itself, but John took the time out of his day to go to every house we were interested in.
